At Jacksonville International Airport, we’re building a better experience for our travelers. Over the next several years, the airport will expand the security checkpoint area, add a third concourse with six new gates, and improve the in-terminal travel experience with new restaurants and shops.
As we look towards a future with more flights, better amenities, and a smoother overall travel experience, there will most certainly be periods of disruption for our travelers. During this time, we will utilize the JAX Beyond initiative to inform passengers about major infrastructure improvements that may impact their travel.
Concourse B will add a long-awaited third concourse to the airport terminal. Consisting of three levels with approximately 165,000 total square feet, the new concourse will have six new gates, and include the development of hold rooms, aircraft ground loading locations, new concession spaces, and additional restrooms.
